After completion of setting up mail in settings.
No screenshots about the email configuration provided (without password) . If you do not know your email configuration settings for the web, contact your host to resolve this issue.

What about your OC admin - > systems - > settings - > edit settings - > mail tab configuration? More information is needed.

I am sure you did noticed the SMTP hostname having a port number at the end while the SMTP port indicates port 25?

Logically, a hostname is a hostname and a port is a port. One email server cannot connect to two separated ports synchronously. Ensure to compare both screenshots you provided, the one from your host and the last one from Opencart. Both screenshots do not match your current configurations. Not an Opencart issue.

Yeah just looked at it seems a bit ok
but still facing some issues
Even after setting up exactly as per settings the message is not being sent (but there is no error)

Hi,
Thanks for the support @straightlight got the issue solved after calling the hosting provider and checking the error logs
The fault I've made is I've placed a wrong mail id in the store tab of settings
The code that is provided shall workout with the mistake of number in the sentence
