Lately, customers shipping address all say Wyoming in PayPal when I go to print the shipping label. Not sure why this is happening. Anyone else have this happen.

Either check in your PHPMyAdmin for this keyword in the search tab of your Opencart database and / or use Textcrawler to track it from your Opencart files.

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased counters are caused by posted redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.

Update on this problem.
Lately, Paypal is not getting any address at all. Message on Paypal site says no address was provided. Checked the OpenCart site and address has been recorded normally. PayPal says it may be that the cart thinks the items are not shipped items (digital downloads) but I checked that also. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks

Which PayPal module are you using? More information is needed. Enable the debug mode from the related PayPal module you are using and test another transaction. Then, see the debug report in your OC admin - > systems - > maintenance - > error logs or from your admin - > extensions - > extensions - > payment - > Paypal X page - > error log tab.

Open this file:
catalog/view/theme/default/template/extension/payment/pp_standard.twig
and change line 40
<input type="hidden" name="no_shipping" value="1" />
to
<input type="hidden" name="no_shipping" value="2" />
here is the code:

About no_shipping you can read here:

Can sometimes be caused by OpenCart not sending the state to PayPal.
