Well, for a quick fix, one needs to have be able to have a look.

not work, but without a link, it's just esotheric guessing.

Update: I suspect this is an issue with cloudflare and rocket loader not allowing the themes javascript to run. Once I disable it manually the page doesn't load just the cloudflare loading screen. The source shows no direct link to the javascript.
Well, that ugly javascript turning wheel during pageloading will scare off
most of your visitors fast. And you still have some work ahead of you,
according to the 2 Sites linked below. But since you use one of those
undescribable 1000+ Header-Code Liner Themes, I would be unable to help.

Thanks for the links! I will be parsing all of the useless javascript shortly. Completely agree about the loading screen, it has to go.
