Hi,
I just get a plain email confirmation without the formatting of the customer email confirmation. How can i fix this? Is it a bug? Do I have to buy an extension? I know a developer who uses Opencart 3 and does not have this issue. I am using Version 3.0.2.0. Please help. ASAP. Thank you very much. Oh, why can't I use the HTML form tag in the information section?

See your admin - > extensions - > events page on how many rows you notice on the page. Also ensure to have configured your admin - > systems - > settings - > edit settings - > mail tab - > bottom page.
