SEO URLs not working.

I installed OpenCart 3.0.2.0 at C:/xampp/htdocs/myapp/ I enabled SEO URL from System > Settings > Server > SEO URL. But when I click any product link, it redirects me localhost/dashboard. How can I fix this?

Hum ... it is a localhost website so obviously SEO links won't be able to translate without the .htaccess file which can only operate on PCI servers for environment / production purposes.
