when I upload product or banner photo it become with lower resolution in the front end, what is the problem ?
There is no Problem, you just don't know yet, how OpenCart works. 
But it would make little sence, to shrink a 1900x1200px image to 180x150px size
by not reducing it's Data-Size as well, or a Visitor would go nut's, waiting, if a Browser is trying to
get i.E. 30 such images shown on a Category Page.
