Image manager issue

Hello all,
I have an issue with image manager on OC 3, I want to simple add a picture with a product so try to upload the picture with image manager, it then says it uploaded it correctly but i dont get to see it in image manager to select for my product.
I tried many thins, also changes to filemanager.php which i found here in the forum.
Can somebody please help me.
