Have you followed the installation documentation regarding folder permissions? It looks like your image folders do not have the right CHMOD permissions. Ensure these folders are set recursively.

When downloading Opencart (in this case the same version as your host panel provides), look in the install.txt file on the root folder for which folders to change permissions.

See if your config.php and admin/config.php file has the right DIR_IMAGE path defined.

This has been resolved on the back end. My provider notified me that Installatron (cpanel app installer) was no longer supported, and to use Softaculous app installer instead. Doing so has remedied the problem, wish I knew how though!
