Featured ads have issues with description text

Didn't know you could do this!
So how is this done. All I was aware of is Product/General/Description to put your product details in.
From there the first lot of text is used for what I think you are calling "product thumbnails".

It isn't possible by default, but it can be extended to do so, since you have specific needs. There might even exist and extention for that, if you look for it, but worst case scenario you can hire someone to do it for you.

How can something so simple look so bad.
I mean really, some simple copy for a description and it can't handle line returns, spacing etc etc.
Makes the site look unprofessional!
