Admin Caching

I have new v 3.0.2.0 installed and it looks like the things in the admin caching too.

for example if I delete something if keep showing till I refresh multiple time or logout and log in.

is this normal behavior ?

Well, it's NOT a CLEAR CACHE Function, more a CACHE ON / OFF Switch,
but it will sure NOT switch off VqMod or clean out vqcache/... Content.
And and as far as I am able to understand the 3.0.2 Source, it's NOT 'handling'
OcMod Settings and/or OcModded /storage/modification/... Cache Content either.

But I figured so, because, to switch off OcMod, the 'System' would basically have
to be rebooted, (like a Windows ), to 'route' different startup-files, kind of,
to make this work. And I would have stolen this Idea immediately, to create a very
unique 'SWITCH/MODDED' 1.5.6.5, changing to Default/VqMod/OcMod, by a
simple Admin Button-Click. I would at least keep me, from installing entire Shops,
just to have em all 'on hand - but only on demand', without changing the Site....

You therefore would still need to clear out OcMod-Cache and vqmod/vqcache/...
Content, before testing for any results on the Front Side. But since I don't use this Version,
I really have no practical knowledge on it. (too much New for an Oldie...)
