Product Upload using CSV

Hi,

How do I upload products from my supplier by CSV file?

These are the headers provided by the Suppier
Product Number,Manufacturer Number,Category,Manufacturer,Description,Cost,Stock Level,Product Details,Specification,EAN Number,Thumbnail,Main Image

What would OpenCart require as the Header Format?
