Unable to log into my store - Please Help

Good Day All

I'm running Opencart 3.03.1
I installed google shopping app fix, that is when things started to go wrong., so I uninstalled it, and now I can't access anything.
when I try to log into my store https://storename/admin
the screen remains blank instead of letting me log in.
How can I over come this and log into my store.

Check your server access logs for this URL or restore backups.

How do I access the logs for the URL, and how can I restore backups if I can't log in?

Look in the data directory (location selected at install) and look in {data dir}/storage/logs/error.log
