Mobile users very often change ip numbers during the session due to the nature of mobile network ip assignments.
This means that you will have multiple guests listed in the customer online table who are in fact one and the same and have the same session id.
Changing the primary key to session id or using a combination of ip and session_id and use that key to determine the online customers would be more accurate.
