checkout page crashed while huge traffic

I have same this issues viewtopic.php?t=186276, my website is opencart 3.0.2.0 working with journal theme and it hosting on AWS with instance type "r5.12xlarge" but during a huge traffic checkout page crashed
I have turned off error logs form admin.
Kindly advice

i would recommend you to contact Journal theme developers. Their recent changelog shows quite a number of fixes for their checkout system.
