Under the categories I cannot select the Sort option or Show item option aswel as cannot go to the 02nd page in the shown products,

Any idea about the issue here??

YOur store is in maintenance mode so who knows.

Probable a bug in the theme though and should ask the theme develper.

Also revert to the default theme while being on maintenance and see if the same issue can be reproduced with what you have described.
