OpenCart 3.0.2.0

Please see the attached image for the error. This is how it occurs:
  • Added an item to the cart.
    Registered as a new account in order to check out.
    Select the Cart button.
    Completed the Billing Details accordion form.
    Left the selected option as is, check the T&C box and clicked Continue
    ERROR APPEARS
You can't re-select any of the radio buttons and proceed. To clear the error, you have to return to the Billing Details Tab and then click Continue again. Now the selected payment method is actually selected or you can change it and no errors will occur. The process continues from there.

This occurs with only one Payment Method or multiple Payment Methods in the radio button list. This is a terrible error because this is a new site and potentially every customer could encounter this issue on checkout. Many will just abandon the cart thinking it doesn't work.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Caused by an installed extension called Stripe (or by even other extensions). Contact the extension developer to resolved this issue.

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming.
