Hi there,
i have tried all the fixed that i could find on the web, but when a customer places an order in my webshop it does not send out mail's
when the fill in a contact form on the webshop it is send..
i have tried the fix 6222 and the other, but will not help me..
also tried stepping over from MAIL to SMTP, but also no working fix then.
is there a way i can debug the mailing? i am my self also not unknown with programming, so maybe i can find a way if i know how to debug .
hope somebody can help me out, because now i need to check every time if i have new orders, and my customers complain they will not get a confirmation or any updates on there orders.

Hi there, if i look into the log's of open cart i have no error there.
so where should i look them up?
then i can tell you, i installed a compleet new version and that works fine, i also checked all my config parameters and there the same....
only thing is that the vrsion thats not sending out mails has been upgraded, and has Multi Language inside, could that be the issue?

You may have answered your own question since, as you mentioned on the above, you are unable to reproduce the reported issue on a fresh install of Opencart. ;)
