Editing existing order not working

When you click to edit an order it goes into edit mode but if you try and increase the qty ordered or try and add an item it will find the item but when you click on the button to add it goes through the motion as if its adding it but it doesn't add anything.

using 3.0.2


I have just gone into customer and added some reward points, its said successfully added points and sent out an email to confirm you had received points, however when you go into the customer and check the history there is nothing in the history
