Some Categories Not Showing Up

Hello, some of my top level parent categories are not showing up on my open cart site. I have checked the box to appear on top, and enabled the category, there are products added with stock, and there is enough room on the top bar for the link, I'm kind of puzzled as to why it's not showing up.

There should be a category "Jedi-Juice eLiquid" on there but it's not showing up.
