Dear Support,

I'm currently facing a problem with the images as soon as i moved from one server to another.

I moved my opencart installation from my development host to its destination and now no images at all are displaying. Not even the logo or other product images.

Please advice. I have performed all the steps explained through the documentation but no result. I have the full back up. I also have the site running ok on the development server. I have updated the config.php files (both of them). I don't know what to do...

Thanks in advance

when moving to a production server you will have to go through these steps.
1 upload your files to your production server.
2 make sure that config.php both in root and admin are emty.
3 upload the original folder install to production server.
4 install opencart on production server using install script.
5 remove install folder
6 import your database.

now it works.

Thank you very much for your time, to be sincere I did not follow exactly those steps, I'll try them the way you have written them and I will post the result. Thanks again...

Glad you got it sorted out, with images you have to remember to include in the zip file. Since the database has relative links stored for them, they will work on the new site if the structure is the same. I wrote a step by step a while ago for transferring OpenCart to a new server:
