Description Menu Missing

The description menu is missing.

I dont know how to resolve this.

I don't read Spanish but do you mean the wysiwyg editor is missing from the description panel?

Here are some questions to ask yourself that may help get to the root of the problem. But first, try to copy the original files for CKEditor back to your server in case one of them went missing or corrupt. If this is a new cart then just delete and re-install instead of wasting time trying to figure out what's wrong.

Does the html editor work in other sections of your site? You can add or edit a category to see if it's there.
Did html editor work before you added Spanish language?
If you remove the Spanish language and just go with default English, does the html editor work then?

Finally, did you add a mod or make some kind of change yourself that may have caused this to happen?

Solved.

I unistal all opencart and install again.

Now its working just fine.
