Coupons for shipping discount

Hello everyone,

Just wondering if there's an extension or a way to create a coupon in order to offer a flat rate shipping for some customers? What's the best way to do this?

This is already a part of Open Cart extensions. CHoose SHIPPING and you will find FLAT RATE there....
