Shipping Modules - Toll, Startrack Etc.

Hey,

I was hoping I could get some help. I wasn't sure exactly where posting this becomes relevant, so I figured if I post here at least someone will point me in the right direction promptly. =)

I'm super new to Opencart and all the belongs with it and I'm trying to get freight functioning on a website I have recently started working on (semi established already).

My query is this - a huge percentage of our products are rather large items, meaning that they won't be able to go with Australia Post (We are an Australian retailer). We are looking for a more automated way than putting a flat value on each item through options for freighting say, a fridge. We have accounts with Startrack, TNT and Toll IPEC but I can't seem to find any modules written for them. Can anyone give me any information on this?
If we were to get one made, how much would we be looking at in dev fees, etc?
