Shipping Fee
Hi people,
I need assistance for the shipping fee on my upcoming website.
How do I set the postage fee for first item to be $1 and the subsequent items in the same order to be an additional of $0.50
Example:
Item 1: postal fee of $1
Item 2: postal fee of $0.50
Item 3: postal fee of $0.50
Total postal fee for 3 items are $2.00
Your expert assistance is appreciated. Many thanks.

Re: Shipping Fee
Thanks for the reply. I have installed Quantity based shipping extension and it works! But there comes another query.
Is there a possibility of removing the estimation of shipping fee and directly shows the shipping fee at the bottom with the sub-total and total charges?
At the same time, can I install another Quantity based shipping extension and renamed both extensions as Normal and Registered Mail? I would like to display the prices for normal and registered mail for customer's preferred mode of delivery. If this can be done, can someone guide me along, please?
I'm a real noob in website developing but really trying my very best to have a reasonable website up running soon.
Thanks everyone.

Re: Shipping Fee
You can use Automatic Shipping to automatically apply the lowest shipping cost to the customer's cart.
Not sure what Quantity-Based Shipping extension you are using, so I can't say whether you'd need to duplicate the module. Usually you just need to create duplicate geo zones and name them accordingly. (Item-Based Shipping can also create multiple rates, so there's no duplicating necessary.)
