[SOLVED] Autocomplete not working in 1.5.1.3

Greetings to all,

I am using opencart 1.5.1.3 and for some reason the autocomplete feature has stopped working all of a sudden. It worked earlier I am sure when I added related products to some of my products using the same.

Now if I create a copy of the product that have related products defined and when I try to add related products, autocomplete doesn't work. Also, I cannot even remove the already assigned related products. Nothing happens when I click on red icon to remove product.

I read in some other thread that there was a conflict with some module. But no specifications on conflicting module.

I have installed three modules; deadcow SEO, Ristrict Shipping Methods & FedEx.

Kindly suggest.
