error on model display

I messed something up in the site where I am getting an error on the item display where the model show.

The error is Notice: Undefined variable: model in /hermes/web09/b2036/xxxxxxx/htdocs/shop/catalog/view/theme/default_am-dark1/template/product/product.tpl on line 25

if anybody can help that would be greatly appreciated.

I think your error maybe in the file
catalog/controller/product/product.php

Try replacing it with the original.

Thanks for the suggestion but it wasn't that. I can't figure out what I must of over written.

actually I replaced the product.tpl in each theme that I use and it seemed to fix the problem.
