Hi so a friend of mine managed to disable the Shipping fields in registration form but now I need do disable them in Checkout. I sell digital products so I really don't need any Address (City, Address etc) forms in the Checkout.
Thanks for any help!
Thanks for any help!
I have tried this way but it doesn't work for me or I don't understand something... Okay so all of my products are checked as "Requires! Shipping -- No" but when I checkout it's the same as always (wants me to fill in the address).Qphoria wrote:Just set the product for "Requires Shipping: No" and it won't ask for shipping.
Try it
I think I can verify this, whenever you buy anything on the internet with a debit credit card you have to fill in a payment address to make sure the person using the card is actually the card holder.OpenCart Addons wrote:Hey Blackbeard,
I might be mistaken but payment address would still be required for payment verification.
Joel.
I'm afraid you will have to keep getting the addresses from your customers if you want to take payments online but your customers should be used to this and I don't think they will think twice about it

Cheers!

Thanks for your help guys.
But what if I'm using a web payment service, that just guides my buyers to pay by our local bank? I mean when they finnish the checkout, a new window opens and the guide gives instructions how to pay with bank (not PayPal, so no any kind of address included
) Is this the same thing?
Thanks
