Administration menu not showing up problem

Perhaps this is the right place to post this...

Hi.
I just finished installing the lastest version and I am having this problem:
When I login into the administration and go the Dashboard page, there is no menu?



Am I missing something? Is there anything I have to do to make it work?

a fresh installation should come with a admin-side top menu. Why not try another web browser? firefox, chrome....
Have you checked the admin\view\template\common\header.tpl file? If soemthing is missing there, it could be the reason.

I did tested with Chrome and explorer9. It is a fresh install. I just downloaded from the site.
