I am having trouble with gift vouchers on OC 1.5.3
The vouchers are created correctly. However, when the voucher code is entered in the shopping cart it is accepted but not applying the correct discount. It doesn't take any amount off of the order. It's as if the b=voucher is worth 0.
Another issue I am having is that the purchased gift vouchers are not directly sent to recipients.
Help!
Did you create the voucher manually or was it generated from an order? If generated from an order, make sure that you have updated that orders status as complete otherwise the voucher will not be valid.

Thanks, the voucher was generated from an order.
The order status was complete too.
The gift voucher code was recognized but just acted as if the gift was worth zero.
Your mod looks quite interesting and I will seriously consider it. I just need to get this working correctly first though... :-/

Are you trying to buy another voucher with your voucher? If so, I don't think the system allows for that.

No, I did use some store credit to buy the voucher though...

Please do! I am having the same issue with the voucher reporting as $0.00 in the totals of the checkout. Not sure why it won't register an amount!

That is too funny! Alternatively, you can just rearrange the sort order to make sure the voucher is placed just above taxes and total. It still works too!
