Images problem

Hi
I have a problem whit the images, I can't upload any image of products, when I try upload i get this error: I have tried with OpenCart 1.2.6 and 1.2.7 and both i get the same error.
Is necessary any aditional image library?? or why is this error?

If I upload the image by ftp and then modify the filename of image related to product whit phpmyadmin my web dead, I try to acces to this and get the same error.

I think this maybe a GD problem. Is your server configured with GD installed?

Yes. the problem is that in the server is desactivated GD library.
I will write to a support of my server for fix the problem
