Featured Products on it's own page?

Hi all,

I want to put the "Featured Products" and "Latest Products" boxes on it's own separate page, rather than show it on the home page. I have a menu bar with "Products" as one of the links, and when it's clicked I want it to take the user to a page showing the two boxes (not on the home page). Anyone know how I can go about this?

Clone the "Specials" page and change the query inside
