I have the status set to Shipped in the settings to allow any vouchers to be used when status is shipped. However some orders were marked as "Unable to Track Online" and can not use their voucher. I changed the status to Shipped and it still can not use the voucher, however if I change the settings to allow usage for the "Unable to Track Online" the voucher can be used. So how come when the setting is shipped it works for everyone that is marked as shipped, but not for those that I manually have to change to shipped?
