What your OC version? XML file for what? more information is needed.

The version is 2.3.0.2.
I need the XML file for another shop.
One of our advertising company need the info in Xml file.
They need from XML file for upload our products in their web site.

If I'm understanding correctly can't you just copy it and move it to the new site?

Or, if you want to have your products on another site then you can export that data and upload to the new site using one of the Import/Export extensions in the Opencart Marketplace. Here's an example:
