Why settings cannot be changed in admin end.

I'm editing this page. None of the field is editable. After I change the text and click save, then entire page jumped to


Why? It seems some settings are wrong. How can I correct the errors.
This site was backup from one server to another server, that's why there was initial content.

Opencart ver 1.5.6.4
Please help.
