Can anyone help me to find any solution to make different look and feel for specific category page.?
I am using opencart 1.5.6 version with custom theme.

You can assign layouts to individual categories in their "Design" tab. When you do that, modules applied to that layout will only affect that category.
You can use this with the built-in extensions (e.g. HTML module) to show different things on that page, or with extensions like Dynamic Styling to set different background colors or CSS for that page.
