Hi,

My website came preloaded with products and I have now added some my own but when customers place an order for my products, they receive the initial email confirming their order but then they do not receive any further emails. I mark the order as shipped, but no email is received, I add the tracking number but again no email is received by the customer. I am fairly new to OC website and the company I purchased the website through completed all the setup of it. I'm not sure if I should be setting up any email responders etc via the cPanel? I am a novice with this so please be gentle and explain anything in basic terms for me!
