Hi,
I'm having trouble setting up my rewards points. I have spent a lot of time googling but cannot seem to locate the correct answer! I have added reward points to 1 of my items on my website as a test, added the points needed to purchase the product then went on to place an order for this product, marked it as shipped but the reward points were not added to my account. Can someone please tell me what I've done wrong as I followed the instructions but to no avail.
