Attachment icon & Transaction Time In Order History

Hi All, i'm using opencart ver 1.5.6.4 and i wanna know can i have some additional features In Order History or not.
1) Is that possible i add the Attachment icon in Order History, because is the purpose for my admin to send the slip to customers.(As Attachment A below for reference)
2) Can i add the Transaction Time in Customer Order Detail? (As Attachment B below for reference)
