Random Error Code Stop My Customers Purchase

Getting this error message when some of my customers try to purchase something on the website:

I'm not sure what it is or what it means. Hoping someone can guide me through this to fix.

Well, Customers could sure not reach you on localhost. And what does that
'moette_oc-upgrade-2017' mean in detail ? Please quote Version, Theme and
Mods used.
