I have a store with the version 1.5.x so i was trying to upgrade it to the newest version, but when the upgrade was done i started to get an error so i decided to go back to the version 1.5.x although during the process i realized i have only backed up the folder and forgot to backup the database on phpmyadmin.
Now all of the products i have on the store don't show any image. The last backup i have of the database is from a year ago therefore a several amount of products aren't in it.
Is there a way to recover it?
Hi. If you have no idea on how to use the restoration point, contact your host or submit a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum to upgrade your store as a custom job.
