Billing information on checkout page is not displayed to me, (I have not touched the Opencart kernel) I have added some XML files to the VQMOD folder (when I turn them off - there is no change, the problem remains)

No change, delete the vqcache folder (and there is no change)

I have installed AJAX Quick Checkout (one-page-checkout, checkout checkout) module (it turned out that the problem is in it BUG) unfortunately I want 25 euro fix the problem (i've forgotten the module 2 years ago)
The old version they were selling did not have this problem, unfortunately they have now uploaded a new version that has this problem and want extra pay to fix the problem (not to make UPGRADE verson)

well, a Mod Seller has no obligation to make free Upgrades, after you once bought an
extension for another OC Version. After all, OC means Business, for everybody involved.
