I've searched and searched, but not sure if we ever found a conclusive solution to this problem. The following occurs:

On 95-99% of Authorize.net orders, users complain of clicking "Continue" to process their credit card payment, however it doesn't redirect them to my "Success" page. They then click it again, etc.. It never redirects.

On the Authorize.net backend, the order is usually accepted, but held for review because the AVS filter flagged it as "Country Doesn't Support AVS" etc..

The result is usually the following:

- The customer has no clue if there order was actually processed (they receive no success confirmation or confirmation email)
- Store owner doesn't see the order, because it's "Missing"

This happens on 95-99% of international orders (outside the US) and has happened occasionally on domestic orders as well.

Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on troubleshooting?
