The system is indicating that there are multiple items ordered on the invoices, but the customer is only ordering half of what is showing...

There seems to be an issue with the website itself as this is only occuring on the back end. For instance, I have had two customers place orders.. it shows on the invoice that they ordered two of the same items, for multiple items, but in reality they only ordered 1 and were charged on there CC for 1.

Has anyone seen this? Super strange happened on June 12th and 13th but only on 2 orders and have had a few.
