If I create a new information page where is that file stored

As the title suggests, I am looking for the exact location of the file that is created when I make a new "information" page. Any ideas?

it's stored in the database, not in file
there should be two tables named information and information_description, have a look there

Yup - be aware that there may also be a database table prefix before those table names depending on your original installation settings
