ver 1.5.6.4 --- help desperately needed please

(can't auto upgrade to 2.0 through arrive, so stuck until I get time and can send through sales and inventory and upgrade)

be that, arrive tried to manually upgrade it, then had to go back and remove it because it didn't work.

NOW, when on the checkout page, fill out the info, press submit to try to check out, and get this

Missing value for ZipDestination.

Have gone through all settings and all zones etc are ok. Any help????

ALSO, using PayPal Standard, and in the last month or two, completed purchases no longer have an address or phone???

address info no longer passing through to paypal.

called paypal, they said it is open cart

so not only geting the error, when an order does come through, paypal doesn't receive address info, so it doesn't get passed on to me. (there is address info in the cart / orders page, but not a verified PayPal address on the paypal payments page.
