Hi,

I am sorry if it is asked before, I already searched the forum but found nothing for windows server. I am using Plesk and IIS and getting the following error in my website http://parcaturkiye.com.

I am trying to add data to car part selecting system in the left side of the website.

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 13868918 bytes) in D:\www\parcaturkiye.com\httpdocs\vqmod\vqcache\vq2-system_engine_loader.php on line 41

I tried to increase memory limit in php.ini in both the httpdocs and admin folders. No difference. Do I need to do anything else? any reboot or anything in the Plesk side? My host provider can not solve it. I just stuck, can not adding any part to my website. I searched the internet and came across some solutions but nothing worked for me. Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
Ahmet.

it's a Server PHP Setting, always involved, and this should have little or no relation to Plesk and IIS.
You just need Plesk, to access your Site PHP Admin Settings, to define the Site max. Memory Value.
And, by nature of things, it's dependent on your Hosting Abo, pricewise ! ;)

Hi, thank you for your reply.
I am not a programmer so what do you suggest?

Thank you again. The changes that I made on the php.ini did not make effect and I just resolve that. It is now working.
