Hello

My website Yourstylecreations.com currently using open cart 1.5.6.4 version and am having haRd time figuring out way to speed up page loading.

There are currently 25k products and about 50 categories (including sub categories ) running on a vps server. The server is capable of handling upto 1000 concurrent users however due to my data open cart is performing pretty bad.

After searching figured that some queries putting pressure on server resources and causing slow page loads. Currently takes 60+ secs to load uncached pages. Please note that I bought "page cache" extension module to help with page loading but even with that page loading is still worse.

Please someone help me figure way to fix the mysql query which is causing this issue.

Thanks

This may help...First turn off product counts in base store settings. Then install the true count disable mod: http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... n_id=10999

Now there are some DB areas that need keys. This comment shows what to run: http://bloke.org/php/opencart-is-slow-w ... mment-3993

Make sure you back up the DB before running that :)
