I have problem with the product details page. I cant open it

When I do click in the product page product details no open
I don't like very much that >>&<<, this is normaly used in Hyperlinks for other purpuses than just beeing part of a word. The ability to open such Links may even depend on Browsers used by Visitors.
It would probably have to be written as: instead of a simple

I guess..., depending on the filtering of such Characters, entered in href-link Forms, by the OC-System, but I have not been able to get into this yet.
