problem with copy site to an other url

Hi all, i was coping site to other url and when i try to log in to the admin panel i get error msg :

Did you modify config.php for both catalog and admin correctly?

You have missing tmp folder

i was uploaded the system/library folder and it didnt solve the problem

Obviously, the customer object didn't created successfully by your opencart system that result in the error. For the detailed reason of the problem, i have to debug the system to find out it.

thanks all i edit the config file and clear the cache and it solve the issue
