How to add more product to website

I added opencart1.5.6 export-import16.zip module in my website then I was checkbox from top administrator section then I cant see anything in module section. At this time I cant know how prepare excel document and how add products to my website. If someone use this module that can tell me something about this option?

This module is under system > export/import

You know better this option so can you tell me how I can prepare product list in excel for it? There is any sample for it that I get example it? Maybe can be any program for flexible type for product and category arrange.

You can use the sample products to see how it is set out or refer to the documentation. If you experiment with the products such as add options and attributes and then export it you will see how they are laid out.
